Golf Manor home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Golf Manor rose by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 31.4% increase over the $59,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Golf Manor in the second half of 2016.
