Cincinnati home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Cincinnati fell by $950 while total sales decreased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 1,858 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,950 - a 0.8% decrease over the $119,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,893 homes sold in Cincinnati in the second half of 2016.
