Sycamore Township home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Sycamore Township fell by $16,500 while total sales increased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,500 - a 11.6% decrease over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the second half of 2016.
