Norwood home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Norwood fell by $14,300 while total sales increased by 29.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 166 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,900 - a 10.7% decrease over the $134,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Norwood in the second half of 2016.
