Cleves home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Cleves rose by $10,750 while total sales increased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $123,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Cleves in the second half of 2016.
