Harrison home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Harrison rose by $11,900 while total sales decreased by 24.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,900 - a 8.3% increase over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Harrison in the second half of 2016.
