Miami Township home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Miami Township fell by $20,900 while total sales increased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 9.3% decrease over the $224,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Miami Township in the second half of 2016.
