Golf Manor home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Golf Manor fell by $19,300 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,000 - a 21.4% decrease over the $90,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Golf Manor in the first half of 2016.
