Sycamore Township home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Sycamore Township fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 31.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 3.6% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the first half of 2016.
