Miami Township home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Miami Township rose by $52,950 while total sales increased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,950 - a 36.5% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Miami Township in the first half of 2016.
