Harrison home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Harrison rose by $8,750 while total sales increased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $132,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Harrison in the first half of 2016.
