Cincinnati home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Cincinnati fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 17%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 3,887 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,500 - a 4.6% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 3,323 homes sold in Cincinnati in 2016.
