Harrison home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Harrison rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 184 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 162 homes sold in Harrison in 2017.
