St. Bernard home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in St. Bernard rose by $34,000 while total sales increased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 48.6% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in St. Bernard in 2017.
