Wyoming home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Wyoming fell by $6,250 while total sales increased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,750 - a 2.2% decrease over the $281,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Wyoming in 2016.
