Rising home prices in Cincinnati in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $20,250 while total sales increased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 400 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,750 - a 16% increase over the $126,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 305 homes sold in Cincinnati in January 2020.
