How did home prices perform in Cincinnati during May 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 62.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 396 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 25% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 244 homes sold in Cincinnati in May 2020.
