Harrison home prices rose in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Harrison rose by $34,700 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,500 - a 20.4% increase over the $169,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Harrison in May 2020.
