May 2021: Home prices in Miami Township increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Miami Township rose by $86,050 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,750 - a 43.1% increase over the $199,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Miami Township in May 2020.
