On July 6, Matthew Bessler and Treglia Jennifer sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 5938 Pandora Ave., Cincinnati to Alexander Hart for $335,000.

This home last sold on July 31, 2015 for $200,000.

So far in July 2021, 100 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Matthew David Bessler has been registered to vote since 2006.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 5938 Pandora Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Matthew David Bessler, 33, and Jennifer Marie Bessler, 31.
