This home last sold on Feb. 3, 2015 for $55,500.

So far in July 2021, 100 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, John William Hillenbrand has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3011 Irvella Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: John William Hillenbrand, 33, and Molly Jean Hillenbrand, 30.
