On July 6, Queen City Woods LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2811 Glendora Ave., Cincinnati from Kaanapali Renovations LLC for $200,000.

So far in July 2021, 100 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2811 Glendora Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jon Wedaman, 35, and Erin B Ocallaghan, 26.
