On July 20, Nicholas and Deborah Petersen sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2931 Ravogli Ave., Cincinnati to Altonen Eric for $195,000.

So far in July 2021, 415 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Nicholas James Petersen has been registered to vote since 2004. Deborah Joy Petersen has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
