The five bedroom, two bathroom home at 2523 Erie Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Aug. 2 by Kristy Jo Folkwein and James David for $945,000. The buyers were Carole and Brian Foos.

This home last sold for $282,500 on March 16, 2006.

So far in August 2021, 32 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kristy Folkwein has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2523 Erie Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: David J Folkwein, 61, and Kristy Folkwein, 58.
