This property last sold on Feb. 14, 2017 for $82,000.

So far in August 2021, 32 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 6240 Beechcrest Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Julia Christene Oliver, 36, Sue C Horstmeyer, 81, and Joe Scott Oliver, 38.
