The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2418 Rainbow Court, Cincinnati was sold on Aug. 3 by Chris Eberle (trustee) for $247,000. The buyer was Susan S. & Barry M. Carlton TSE.

So far in August 2021, 32 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Tomi G Jenkins, 53, was the only registered voter residing at 2418 Rainbow Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
