The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2430 Spring Grove Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Aug. 6 by Compound the LLC for $50,000. The buyer was Marcus Estes.

This home last sold for $13,000 on March 13, 2015.

So far in August 2021, 23 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Marcus Hulon Estes (46) has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
