On Aug. 3, Sfr3-000 LLC purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2054 Hewitt Ave., Cincinnati from Oaks Property Group LLC for $97,400.

So far in August 2021, 23 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 2054 Hewitt Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kevin F Wharton, 31, Franklin B Harrison, 84, and Tangela Marshie Reed, 29.
