On Aug. 2, Davis and Katherine Hill Milliams purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3524 Stettinius Ave., Cincinnati from Seth and Sarah Simpson for $735,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 12, 2016 for $575,000.

So far in August 2021, 23 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Seth Charles Simpson has been registered to vote since 2016. Sarah Catherine Simpson has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3524 Stettinius Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Seth Charles Simpson, 47, Thomas John Loukinas, 32, and Sarah Catherine Simpson, 47.
