This home last sold for $90,000 on Aug. 2, 2021.

So far in August 2021, 131 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Amber R Smith, 25, was the only registered voter residing at 2408 Kenton St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
