On Aug. 12, Kotz Properties LLC purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1044 Regina Ave., Cincinnati from Two H Properties LLC for $132,000.

So far in August 2021, 131 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1044 Regina Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Timothy Neal Engel, 31, and Amanda L Engel, 58.
