This home last sold on May 21, 2015 for $290,000.

So far in August 2021, 131 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Joseph Robert Ries has been registered to vote since 2006.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3009 Minot Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joseph Robert Ries, 33, and Stephanie Marie Ries, 32.
