Rising home prices in Golf Manor in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Golf Manor rose by $60,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 62.1% increase over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Golf Manor in July 2020.
