How did home prices perform in Cincinnati during July 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $47,600 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 445 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,500 - a 32.4% increase over the $146,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 431 homes sold in Cincinnati in July 2020.
