On Aug. 6, Richard Edward and Bridget Harding Scolio Scolio purchased a four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 3438 Vista Ave., Cincinnati from Fernway 1980 LLC for $1,700,000.

So far in August 2021, 193 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 3438 Vista Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Evan M Schimberg, 21, Jayna Schlegel Schimberg, 49, and Daniel a Schimberg, 59.
