On Aug. 16, Raineth II B Cincinnati LLC sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1219 Drott Ave., Cincinnati to Cincinnati Webb I LLC for $976,997.

This home last sold on Jan. 25, 2007 for $19,000.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1219 Drott Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Terry L Hollan, 33, Jerrica Kaye Bloomfield, 31, and Anthony E Williams, 56.
