On Sept. 1, Equity Trust Co. Custodian Fbo Darrell Brandenburg Ira sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1931 Dalewood Place, Cincinnati to Samuel J. Paterson for $116,000.

This home last sold for $72,000 on July 7, 2021.

So far in September 2021, 39 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kenton T Wagner, 32, was the only registered voter residing at 1931 Dalewood Place as of Oct. 10, 2020.
