On Sept. 1, Good Investments 2 LLC purchased a six bedroom, three bathroom home at 922 Hawthorne Ave., Cincinnati from Msti Investment LLC for $280,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 6, 2017. It last sold for $247,600.

So far in September 2021, 39 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 922 Hawthorne Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kimberly Rana Henderson, 63, Stacia Marie Hollander, 45, Clarence Raymond Griffin, 58, Barbara Helton, 55, Steven Robinson, 55, and Christopher R Hall, 27.
