The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 3056 Ramona Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Sept. 22 by Elaine T. and Michael L. Beitenhaus for $235,000. The buyers were Mark W. and Lauren Nicole Hammersmith Friedmann.

So far in September 2021, 408 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Michael L Beitenhaus has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3056 Ramona Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elaine Trotta Beitenhaus, 69, and Michael L Beitenhaus, 71.
