On Sept. 30, Mahmoud K Manesh sold their eight bedroom, four bathroom home at 935 Elberon Ave., Cincinnati to M2 Proprietors LLC for $62,500.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 11, 2008. It last sold for $11,000.

So far in September 2021, 622 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 935 Elberon Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Charles R Davis, 44, Martin M Davis, 42, and Ryann D Jones, 34.
