On Sept. 23, Sherrod Property Management LLC sold their commercial property at 1971 Berkley Ave., Cincinnati to Sharon A. Sherrod-Brown for $125,000.

So far in September 2021, 622 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1971 Berkley Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Willie Fred Duncan, 67, Walter L Stegall, 32, and Wendell Thompson, 76.
