This home last sold on Nov. 12, 2021 for $50,000.

So far in November 2021, 201 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Latosha Larrair Crossty, 48, was the only registered voter residing at 1232 Elberon Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
