The last time this home sold was March 2, 2020. It last sold for $5,500.

So far in November 2021, 312 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, David Scott Frklic, 39, was the only registered voter residing at 4735 Chickering Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
