This home last sold on Nov. 30, 2006 for $25,000.

So far in November 2021, 418 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3523 Bevis Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kimberly Denise Satcher, 52, and Tyler L Satcher, 33.
