The home at 2534 River Road, Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 3 by Collins Riverside Development LLC for $2,000,769. The buyer was Spark Investments LLC.

So far in December 2021, 70 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 2534 River Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert K Grisdale, 54, Laura M Grisdale, 53, Robert J Grisdale, 30, and Daniel Robert Grisdale, 27.
