The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3242 Stanhope Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 14 by Stephanie Meyer for $70,000. The buyers were Joshua and Jade Morgan Smith.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 27, 2016. It last sold for $9,750.

So far in December 2021, 208 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3242 Stanhope Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Heather Renee Brown, 27, and Ethan S Bauer, 23.
