On Dec. 10, Curtis Leung purchased a commercial property at 1627 Anita Place, Cincinnati from DB Remodeling LLC for $222,000.

This commercial property last sold for $42,500 on June 8, 2009.

So far in December 2021, 208 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1627 Anita Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ernest Joseph Johnson, 59, Sandra Deloach, 58, and Victor Emmanuel Hoff, 68.
