The property at 292 Pedretti Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 10 by Sharon Auciello for $242,000. The buyer was Bizimungu Francois.

So far in December 2021, 55 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Sharon Lee Auciello has been registered to vote since 1991.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 292 Pedretti Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Casey Lee Auciello, 35, and Sharon Lee Auciello, 68.
