The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1820 Minion Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 23 by Loren Real Estate for $165,000. The buyer was Treva T Daniels.

So far in December 2021, 456 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1820 Minion Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Terrence N Williams, 27, Ronald Christoper Williams, 29, Ronnisa C Williams, 32, and Traci Walker Harding, 47.
