On Dec. 20, Cynthia J Love and A. Jaskot Drew sold their four bedroom, one bathroom home at 4023 Paxton Ave., Cincinnati to Matthew Schamber for $355,000.

This home last sold for $263,500 on Nov. 16, 2015.

So far in December 2021, 456 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 4023 Paxton Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Matthew James Marcus, 34, and Elyse Gabel Marcus, 33.
